Once you have added all desired items to your shopping cart, you can checkout and place an order for them. Once your order is placed, you may pay for it using PayPal either when you complete your order or from within your account manager later. Once we have received your payment, your order will be queued for packaging and shipment as soon as possible, depending on the method of shipping you requested when checking out.

At the current time, PayPal is the only method of payment we accept for various reasons, but through PayPal, you can pay with various methods, including most credit cards. In addition, creating an account is not necessary to pay with PayPal. For your privacy, the name that will appear on your credit card statement is: PCSOLUTIONS

If instead of making a purchase you are interested in trading your movies for ours, follow the steps below. Keep in mind that we only accept VCDs or DVDs and: we consider [2 VCDs or 2 DVDs lacking menus] to be equivalent to [1 full DVD or Double-Layer DVD] containing complete original retail menus and any extra/bonus features. Also, when trading, each sender pays for his/her own postage & packing charges.

1. Add all the items you would like to receive in trade to your shopping cart and checkout to create an order.
2. Contact us and inform us of the invoice# of your order and listing (pictures help) of all your movies available to send in trade.
   (Note that for any DVD you order that contains full retail menus, you must have an equivalent item in trade. DVDs lacking the original retail menus and/or quality are considered VCDs, for which two are equivalent to one true DVD. When submitting your list of available movies for trade, please point out any which do not contain full original menus or are in VCD format.)
3. If we have no objections to your trade, we will supply you with an address to which you may send your trade items.
4. Immediately upon receipt of your package, we will make sure everything works correctly then send your items to you.
